Two scooters are being donated to victims of the Bluffton University bus crash. On Tuesday, March 20 at 11am Mike Ramthun will get a welcome back to school gift in the form of an electric scooter thanks to the Rascal Company, which has donated hundreds of Scooters and Powerchairs to people in need in the U.S.
