Bluffton University Bus Crash Students Begin Road to Recovery On Donated Electric Scooters

WHO: Bluffton University student and bus crash survivor Mike Ramthun, Jacqui Slinger, Team & Family Care Coordinator for Bluffton University, Charles  LiCata, Regional Field Manager, The Rascal Company

WHAT:  Crash survivors return to school on donated Rascal® Scooters

WHY:  A local church group requested scooters for the Bluffton students and the company offered the donation

WHERE:  Bluffton University’s Neufeld Hall (Off Bentley Road), Bluffton, OH

WHEN:  Tuesday, March 20th at 11:00 am

Two scooters are being donated to victims of the Bluffton University bus crash.  On Tuesday, March 20 at 11am Mike Ramthun will get a welcome back to school gift in the form of an electric scooter thanks to the Rascal Company, which has donated hundreds of Scooters and Powerchairs to people in need in the U.S.

We think this good will gesture in the face of tragedy is newsworthy, in light of the trauma the University has just endured.
